  • Orders within Egypt are shipped via our assigned courier service.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect information.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • International delivery times vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier services.

  • Once an international order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

  • International orders cannot be shipped back to Egypt under any circumstances.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product and original packaging are required for any damage claim.

6. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, no refund will be issued.

  • Any reshipping or additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
