Cosmetics & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic and personal care products are final sale.

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for cosmetics.

• Products that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Orders Within Egypt

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or dispatched.

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

International Orders

• All international orders are final and non-refundable.

• Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

• Due to customs regulations and hygiene laws, international orders cannot be sent back to Egypt.

• Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos of the item and packaging. Requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
